YAIR Trading
Industrial Spare Parts Sourcing by Model & Part Number
Source engine, hydraulic, crusher, conveyor and electrical spare parts from China using model, serial number, OEM number, photos and dimensions.
Industrial spare-parts RFQs fail when the identification evidence is incomplete. This page gives maintenance teams, workshops and distributors a practical way to organize models, serial numbers, OEM references, photos and dimensions before supplier matching.
For industrial spare parts sourcing, send the equipment manufacturer, machine or engine model, serial number, OEM part number, quantity and clear old-part photos. When identifiers are missing, add dimensions, nameplate images and installation position. YAIR Trading can coordinate original, OEM-equivalent or replacement options only after the proposed matching basis is stated in writing.
Spare-Part Identification Hierarchy. Use the highest-confidence identifier available. More evidence is required as the identification basis becomes less specific.
Parts Categories This Workflow Supports. The matching method changes by category. Each line should retain its own evidence instead of sharing one general machine description.
Original, OEM-Equivalent and Replacement Options. These terms should never be treated as interchangeable. The quotation should state the proposed supply level and the evidence available for it.
Order-Specific Traceability and Shipment Checks. A mixed parts order becomes easier to receive and verify when every package links back to the buyer’s line-item reference.
- Multi-line parts lists normalized before supplier enquiry
- Part-number, serial-number, photo and dimension evidence kept together
- Original, OEM-equivalent and replacement proposals labeled separately
- Packing, line-item traceability and air/sea shipment options reviewed
- Which identifiers are needed for an industrial spare-parts quotation?
- How can buyers reduce mismatch risk when the OEM number is missing?
- How should original, OEM-equivalent and replacement offers be compared?
- Can mixed maintenance lists be organized for air or sea shipment?
- Can I submit an Excel list with many different spare parts?: Yes. Keep one buyer line number per item and include brand, model, serial number, part number, description, quantity and available photo reference. The RFQ Desk accepts spreadsheets, PDFs and images.
- What if the old part has no readable part number?: Send the machine nameplate, installation position, photos from multiple angles and all critical dimensions. Some items can be checked this way, but the quotation should state any remaining matching uncertainty.
- Can YAIR Trading confirm that a part is genuine?: A genuine claim requires suitable source, packaging and brand evidence. YAIR Trading can coordinate evidence review but will not label an item genuine without support from the selected supply channel.
- Can urgent parts be sent by air?: Air shipment can be reviewed after exact identification, availability, package dimensions, weight and dangerous-goods restrictions are known.
- Can parts from several suppliers be consolidated?: Yes when supplier locations, readiness, package compatibility and export requirements make consolidation practical. Each line should remain traceable in the packing list.
- What information should be confirmed before payment?: Confirm the quoted manufacturer or quality level, part number, matching basis, quantity, unit price, warranty/return condition, package plan and shipment method.
